Invitations To All Business Association Meetings
Members are encouraged to attend all business association meetings regardless of their business location. There are four Business Associations – Industrial Parkway Association (IPA), Marysville Business Association (MBA), Pain City Business Association (PCBA) and Richwood Area Business Association (RABA).
The Chamber also has a Healthcare Providers Association, as well as a Safety Council.
The Chamber hosts a monthly (4th Thursday of the Month) Business Impact Breakfast with different topics and speakers throughout the year.

SOCA Benefit Plan
The Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan is a self-funded solution for sole proprietors and small employers with less than 50 employees. The SOCA Benefit Plan is a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA) that lets eligible businesses join together to share in the overall claims risk. SOCA has teamed up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to administer this plan and provide stop loss coverage.

Anthem BCBS under the SOCA plan includes access to quality, affordable health care plan options. As a chamber member with 2-99 employees, you will have access to a 1.4% savings on any Anthem group health insurance plan through a premium tax credit savings.
SOCA Pooled Employer Plan
Under the SECURE Act, the first significant retirement-related legislation in more than a decade, employers can offer retirement plan sot their employees through a Pooled Employer Plan (PEP). In a PEP, employers of all sizes, industries, locations, etc. can joint together and become a “member employer” through the SOCA Pooled Employer Plan (SOCA PEP). The Newport Group, the Pooled Plan Provider (PPP) of the SOCA PEP is responsible for the establishment, management, fiduciary oversight and operations of the plan on behalf of the member employers.
